Paid Family Leave (PFL) Small Business Grant:
The Paid Family Leave (PFL) Small Business Grant provides financial assistance to California small businesses to help offset the costs of employee participation in the Paid Family Leave program.
Grant Benefits
$1,000 for small businesses with 51–100 employees
$2,000 for small businesses with 50 or fewer employees
Helps cover training and operational costs while employees are on PFL leave
Eligibility
California-based small business
Employee utilizing the Paid Family Leave (PFL) program
Social Entrepreneurs for Economic Development (SEED).
The SEED Grant supports immigrants and individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP) who face employment barriers and are starting or maintaining a small business in California.
